Surface Treatment
Surface Treatment Options
Available in blue zinc, black zinc, clear zinc, yellow zinc and colored zinc finishes. Coating thickness and corrosion resistance can be customized, with salt spray performance starting from 48 hours.
White nickel, bright nickel and black nickel finishes are available for improved appearance, wear resistance and corrosion protection.
Provides high corrosion resistance, good heat resistance and low risk of hydrogen embrittlement. Suitable for automotive, outdoor and high-strength fasteners.
Black oxide, chrome plating, zinc-nickel alloy coating and thread-locking treatments are available according to application needs.

Yes. We manufacture custom screws, rivets, bolts, nuts, pins and special fasteners based on your drawing or sample.
Small trial orders are available. MOQ depends on the material, size, process and tooling requirements.
Mold development normally takes 7–15 working days.
Minor mold adjustments for sample improvement can usually be made without an additional charge. Major structural changes will be quoted separately.
