Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment Options

We offer zinc plating, nickel plating, Dacromet, zinc-flake coating, black oxide, chrome plating, phosphating, stainless steel passivation, electropolishing and aluminum anodizing.

Functional treatments such as thread-locking patches, sealing, lubrication and anti-rust coatings are also available. Coating thickness, color and salt spray performance can be customized according to your application requirements.

Zinc Plating

Available in blue zinc, black zinc, clear zinc, yellow zinc and colored zinc finishes. Coating thickness and corrosion resistance can be customized, with salt spray performance starting from 48 hours.

Nickel Plating

White nickel, bright nickel and black nickel finishes are available for improved appearance, wear resistance and corrosion protection.

Dacromet Coating

Provides high corrosion resistance, good heat resistance and low risk of hydrogen embrittlement. Suitable for automotive, outdoor and high-strength fasteners.

Other Surface Treatments

Black oxide, chrome plating, zinc-nickel alloy coating and thread-locking treatments are available according to application needs.

Can you manufacture non-standard or special-shaped fasteners?

Yes. We manufacture custom screws, rivets, bolts, nuts, pins and special fasteners based on your drawing or sample.

Small trial orders are available. MOQ depends on the material, size, process and tooling requirements.

How long does mold development take?

Mold development normally takes 7–15 working days.

Minor mold adjustments for sample improvement can usually be made without an additional charge. Major structural changes will be quoted separately.

What materials are available?
